Current possession status
MCC The Residency is currently Ongoing. Possession is scheduled as per the RERA-published timeline. Construction milestones are shared with all booked buyers monthly.
Handover process
On offer of possession, buyers receive the formal possession letter along with completion certificate (CC), occupancy certificate (OC) and final demand notice covering any remaining payment and statutory charges. After payment, registration is completed at the sub-registrar office and physical key handover takes place at the project site. Our team supports the entire process end-to-end.
