Down payment plan

A 20% down payment within 60 days unlocks a meaningful discount on the basic sale price (typically 5–8% depending on inventory). Full Paradise Derabassi down-payment terms and discount percentages are confirmed at the booking stage.

Bank loan financing

Paradise Derabassi is approved for financing by all leading banks and NBFCs including SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, PNB, Bajaj Finserv and LIC Housing.
