About STJ Group — The Developer Behind Mohali City Centre
Brand Story
STJ Group was founded in 2016 by Mr. Anil Goyal as a jewellery retail business in the Chandigarh–Mohali–Zirakpur belt. The name STJ stands for Step to Joy — a customer-first promise that has carried into every business the group operates. In 2018, STJ entered real estate by acquiring 7 acres on the 200 ft Airport Road in GMADA Aerocity, which became Mohali City Centre 1 — completed in September 2020 and operating at 100% occupancy ever since. That first delivery established the template for the entire Mohali City Centre ecosystem, which today spans more than ten commercial and residential projects across Aerocity, Mohali, Zirakpur and Derabassi.
Philosophy
STJ Group operates on four non-negotiable principles: customer-first thinking, transparency in every transaction, uncompromising construction quality and strategic location selection. Every project is GMADA approved and RERA registered under PBRERA-SAS81-PC0068, every site is L&T maintained, and every buyer receives complete documentation, transparent pricing and post-handover support. This is why MCC 1 has retained 100% occupancy since 2020 and why national brands like Haldiram, Nik Bakers, Red Tape and Octave chose to operate from MCC 2.
